You will be responsible to:

  • Accountable for local Learning & Development, including implementation of Hovione Academies
  • Develop a comprehensive training strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including functional representatives, managers and HR, to understand specific training needs and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Create annual training plans based on identified needs and available resources.
  • Incorporate different learning methodologies and technologies to enhance the effectiveness of the relevant programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate training programs to measure effectiveness and ROI, while gathering feedback from participants and stakeholders for continuous improvement
  • Select and manage relationships with external training providers when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance related training is completed, by engaging with the relevant stakeholders and by providing regular reports on training activities, completion rates, and effectiveness to management.

We are looking to recruit a Candidate:

  • Master´s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
  • Typically requires 5-7 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, including Learning & Development area.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of Human Resources principles and practices, including learning principles and methodologies, and can effectively share them with others.
  • Proven experience in leading others, including matrix context and/or cross-functional teams
  • Experience in Project Management (following on deliveries against project plan, risks, mitigation actions, …) is a plusSolid understanding and knowledge of the full training cycle
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders, external partners, and subject matter experts.
  • Skilled at managing complex processes and tools, including the design and review of established processes.
  • Ability to analyze data related to training, including training program effectiveness.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team (and within project / cross-functional teams)
  • Familiarity with change management principles to facilitate the smooth adoption of new initiatives.
  • Fluency in English is a requirement.
  • Computer literate with good working knowledge of the MS Office package
