We are seeking a motivated and creative Trainee to join our Internal TV Program team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about video production, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to a dynamic team. The Trainee will assist in all aspects of video creation, from initial concept development to filming, editing, and post-production, ensuring the delivery of engaging and high-quality content.

• Content Creation and Idea Generation: Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts for new video content. Contribute ideas for storylines, formats, and presentation styles that align with the internal TV program’s goals.
• Filming: Operate camera equipment to capture high-quality footage for internal TV programs, events, interviews, and other special projects. Ensure proper framing, lighting, and sound quality during shoots.
• Editing: Use video editing software to assemble raw footage into polished videos. Apply editing techniques to ensure a smooth flow and professional quality, including cutting, trimming, and sequencing clips.
• Post-Production: Enhance video content through post-production processes, such as color correction, sound mixing, adding graphics, and special effects. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and standards.
• Digital Skills: Utilize digital tools and platforms relevant to video production, including video editing software and content management systems. Assist with uploading and managing video content on internal and external platforms; Create digital content (images & video) to support internal communications campaigns;Organize internal events or post news on the intranet.

• Language skills: Portuguese and English (fluent);
• Strong interest in video production, storytelling, and digital media.
• Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Familiarity with digital cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• A passion for creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.
