Supplier Qualification Trainee

• Assist in supplier quality related activities in support of business goals
• Follow-up with suppliers to obtain required documentation for approval and maintenance of supplier qualification processes
• Ensure that Hovione receives from the supplier the appropriate documentation to perform the supplier qualification
• Follow-up with internal teams to obtain inputs for approval and maintenance of supplier qualification processes
• Issue intermediate validity extensions in SMS
• Issue qualification records in SMS to customer direct buy materials. Work with project teams to obtain all the required documentation from customers
• Assist to obtain supplier related documentation requested by other areas
• Follow-up with suppliers to obtain CAPA plans to complaints
• Follow-up with suppliers during Quality Agreements issuance
• Evaluate supplier change notifications received and distribute to those responsible for the category
• Assist with data on supplier quality metrics monitoring

• University, or equivalent, qualification in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences or similar scientific field (mandatory)
• Preferentially understanding and knowledge of Quality aspects applied to suppliers, auditing suppliers in the Pharmaceutical Industry, cGMP, ICH guidelines and GDP
• Good documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English is a requirement
• Computer literate with good working knowledge of the MS Office package.
