You will be responsible to:

  • Strong working knowledge and experience in their discipline to solve day-to-day problems through analysis;
  • Work in ambiguous situations where new ideas and knowledge are used with increasing frequency;
  • Perform a range of moderately complex assignments receiving minimal level of guidance and direction;
  • Conducts data cleaning to rid the system of old, unused data, or duplicate data for better management and quicker access;
  • Works in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to drive consistency of recipes activities sequencing, standards/load factors definition and update;
  • Monitor performance and apply action plans to improve result of KPI's related to BOM accuracy, Routing accuracy, Master Data and Supporting Accuracy;
  • Ensure the maintenance of established routines with the relevant stakeholders, performing root-cause analysis, identifying improvement opportunities, and defining corrective measures and action plans;
  • Create periodically reports detailing the status of critical activities of on-going projects and KPIs;
  • Ensure all assigned tasks are properly planned and delivered on time, safely, efficiently, reliably and in a cost-effective manner;
  • Execute daily operations within the Service Level Agreements established within the area.

We are looking to recruit a Candidate:

  • University, or equivalent, qualification in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or similar scientific field;
  • Experience in operations planning in the GMP environment;
  • Experience in production or process development;
  • Understanding and knowledge of operations planning in manufacturing;
  • Experience in SAP management system;
  • Good personal computer and business solutions software skills;
  • Fluency in English is a requirement;
  • Computer literate with good working knowledge of the MS Office package;
