You will be responsible to:

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and pharmaceutical industry standards;
  • Lead and manage complex HR projects and initiatives with significant business impact, ensuring high operational excellence to accelerate the organization to the next level of transformation;
  • Analyze HR metrics and business data to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement;
  • Anticipate and manage risks, escalating issues proactively to prevent deviations from strategic objectives;
  • Collaborate with centralized HR centers of expertise (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits) to deliver integrated HR solutions;
  • Support organizational change and transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with company culture and values;
  • Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) guidelines, and internal HR policies and procedures;
  • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across all HR activities;
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, and talent development;
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to local labor laws, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.

We are looking to recruit a Candidate:

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
  • 5–8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, mainly as Business partner, preferably in a regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals;
  • Proven experience in driving change and transformation initiatives with a big level business impact is a plus;
  • Strategic influencing skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders;
  • Demonstrated ability to work in compliance with internal procedures and external regulatory requirements;
  • Strong decision-making skills based on data analysis and business insight;
  • Show strong cultural awareness and adaptability;
  • High integrity, with the confidence to handle sensitive matters and data;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills as well as communication and presentation skills (English verbal & written);
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
