Performs assembly, qualification and automation of facilities, equipment and utility systems according to regulatory demands (cGMPs, FDA requirements, etc.), industry applicable guidelines and internal procedures. Contributes to the continuous improvement of systems to improve operations, providing them with the necessary automation technologies, capacity, reliability and in compliance with cGMP and project specifications
- Assist in ensuring that Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements are considered in engineering designs.
- Support the review of project specifications and learn how to identify effective engineering solutions.
- Participate in the construction, assembly, commissioning, and qualification of engineering projects.
- Help develop installation plans and follow up on project execution.
- Learn to manage resources efficiently while maintaining timelines and budgets.
- Contribute to problem-solving by defining technical solutions for unexpected challenges.
- Support documentation processes and ensure contractors receive proper training and guidance.
- Assist in change control assessments following industry standards.
- Collaborate with various teams on commissioning and qualification activities.
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electronics/Automation, or Industrial Engineering and Management) or a related scientific field.
- Preferred Experience: Familiarity with installation management, equipment qualification, or automation, especially in chemical or pharmaceutical industries.
- Knowledge & Training: Some understanding of GMP and HSE practices is beneficial.
- Technical Skills: Basic familiarity with engineering standards, regulations, and quality guidelines such as ISO or ISPE.
- Communication & Software: Strong written and verbal English skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CAD software is an advantage.
