Learning & Development Associate - Temporary

Develops, implements and evaluates employee learning plans and programs to support organizational needs in technical or non-technical training in different delivery environments. Monitors training programs, assesses needs and results, develops new programs and modifies existing programs. Develops learning journeys for top performers, high potential and for senior leadership. Establishes coaching and mentoring programs.

• Execute Learning & Development processes and tools (e.g. learning needs analysis; design and execution; measure training effectiveness).
• Participate in L&D projects and initiatives with significant impact on business.
• Assist in designing training materials, modules, and e-learning content.
• Work with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning resources.
• Maintain the LMS by adding new courses, tracking user progress, and generating reports.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to learners.
• Support the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement by attending to multiple sources of data / feedback.
• Participate in the implementation of the L&D governance and standardized processes to meet business needs.
• Propose improvements to the area as appropriate and solve problems.
• May assist in providing training on L&D related topics.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are properly planned and delivered on time, safely, efficiently, reliably and in a cost-effective manner.
• Execute professional activities in compliance with GMP and HSE guidelines, internal and external requirements as well as promote the implementation and maintenance of Hovione´s policies, systems and procedures (COPs, HBR, SOPs and others).
• Carry out assigned tasks and duties in a safe manner, in accordance with instructions, and to comply with environmental, health & safety rules/procedures, regulations and codes of practice.

• University qualifications in relevant Human Resources/ Psychology/Education and Training or equivalent scientific field.  
• 1-2 years of experience in training, learning & development or a related role
• Proven ability to master the full training cycle.
• Knowledge of learning principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Authoring Tools.
• Familiar understanding and knowledge of the full training cycle
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Analytical skills to assess training program effectiveness.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team (and within project teams)
• Solid attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English is a requirement.
• Computer literate with good working knowledge of the MS Office package.
• Must have the Knowledge, Experience and Skills to conduct their tasks in accordance with the rules and procedures set down.
