You will be responsible to:

Coordinates inbound and outbound logistical operations being accountable for the imports and exports of goods and also information flows supporting these operations. Manages inventory, warehousing operations, regulate warehouse space, including reception, pathway, sampling, dispensing and arrange shipments, and local transportation to ensure an efficient supply of goods. Administers an effective system that meets the organization’s inventory targets through efficient and transparent flow of information and materials, including raw materials, intermediates, finished products and spare parts.

 

  • Propose and implement logistics projects to improve efficiency and reduce costs (warehouse, transport, import/export);
  • Apply complex logistics processes and methodologies according to regulations, policies, GMP and HSE guidelines;
  • Ensure compliance with supply chain policies through regular controls, checks, and monitoring;
  • Prepare and review documentation and KPIs related to supply chain activities;
  • Conduct detailed logistics analysis and reporting.
  • Optimize resources and processes for continuous improvement.
  • Support and follow up on customer and authority audits, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
  • Investigate events and implement corrective and preventive actions on time.
  • Contribute to warehouse team training by developing content and delivering sessions as needed.
  • Master logistics systems and tools (import/export and warehouse management).
  • Manage complex projects and analyses with high business impact.
  • Work in line with GMP and HSE guidelines, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards and supporting company policies and procedures (COPs, HBR, SOPs, etc.).

We are looking to recruit a Candidate:

  • University degree in Business Administration or a related field (mandatory).
  • Typically requires 8 years of relevant logistics experience in the chemical industry (B2B).
  • Strong background in fine chemicals or pharmaceutical production.
  • Deep understanding of cGMP and GDP regulations;
  • Experience in Supply Chain;
  • Advanced logistics knowledge with strong problem-solving skills;
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient in SAP
