As the Senior IT Security Specialist  you will be responsible for leading and governing enterprise digital security, including the deployment of security solutions, protection of data integrity and availability, oversight of audits and investigations, and delivery of security awareness training. Partner closely with Digital and business teams to manage risk, drive compliance with security, GMP and HSE standards, and execute high-impact initiatives in line with company policies and governance. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead the deployment, integration, and configuration of security solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and security documentation.
• Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of enterprise data across systems, networks, and repositories.
• Enforce compliance with enterprise security policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Oversee security investigations, providing timely communication and escalation to relevant stakeholders.
• Supervise vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits.
• Deliver security awareness training to promote high levels of compliance across the organisation.
• Collaborate with Digital teams and business stakeholders to align security objectives and foster enterprise-wide engagement.
• Maintain expert knowledge of digital security processes, tools, and industry best practices.
• Manage complex, high-impact projects, making informed, timely decisions while proactively managing risk and uncertainty.
• Ensure compliance with Digital governance, GMP, HSE, and company policies and procedures.

• Degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology or related scientific field.

• Ability to seek out vulnerabilities in IT/OT infrastructures.
• Fluency in English is a requirement
• Strong communication skills
• Computer literate with good working knowledge of the MS Office package
• One of the following certifications: GIAC Security Leadership/Essentials Certification, ISACA Certified Information Security Manager, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer: Security, (ISC)2 SCCP, (ISC)2 CISSP, (ISC)2 ISSAP
