You will be responsible to:

The Digital Site Services and Delivery Lead is responsible for leading IT services across manufacturing sites, ensuring reliable, compliant, and high-quality IT infrastructures and service delivery. The role also supports coordination of site services across the broader network, working closely with Global Infrastructure & Operations teams to align delivery of platforms, standards, and initiatives. A key aspect of the role is balancing global consistency with local site operational needs, ensuring enterprise standards are applied effectively while supporting site-specific requirements and delivery. In addition, the role contributes to the effective management of the Infrastructure & Operations function, including planning, governance, and continuous improvement activities.

 

Federated Coordination Across Sites

  • Support coordination of service delivery and demand across sites globally, working in partnership with local site IT leads.
  • Facilitate alignment in the implementation of global platforms, standards, and initiatives.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and adoption of best practices across sites.
  • Act as a key interface between Global I&O and site teams, ensuring consistent communication, and execution.
  • Partner with Cybersecurity, Compliance, Quality, and central IT teams to ensure site services meet regulatory and audit expectations.

Delivery of Projects, Standards & Services

  • Ensure effective local delivery of global infrastructure initiatives and projects.
  • Oversee implementation of enterprise platforms and infrastructure standards across sites.
  • Coordinate site-level execution of changes, upgrades, and deployments.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for major incidents and service issues impacting sites.
  • Partner with Digital Business Partners to gather site business requirements and support solution delivery through local site IT leads.

I&O Functional Leadership & Governance

  • Support the planning and execution of Infrastructure & Operations roadmaps and priorities.
  • Contribute to portfolio and demand management processes, ensuring alignment between site needs and global initiatives.
  • Support budget planning and cost management for site services and infrastructure.
  • Oversee and coordinate audit remediation activities and CAPA tracking within the I&O scope.
  • Contribute to the ongoing operation and continuous improvement of the I&O function, including governance, reporting, and performance management.

We are looking to recruit a Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. (mandatory)
  • Certifications in IT service management, infrastructure, or manufacturing IT/OT. (desired)
  • Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in IT Infrastructure & Operations roles within complex or regulated environments. (mandatory)
  • Demonstrated experience leading site-based IT services or manufacturing IT environments, including multi-site or distributed teams. (mandatory)
  • Experience with IT/OT convergence and digital manufacturing initiatives. (desired)
  •  Experience managing MSPs and multi-vendor delivery models. (desired)
  • Experience working in a federated or matrix organization. (desired)
  • Experience managing audits, compliance, or CAPA processes. (desired)
