You will be responsible to:

The Learning & Development Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Functional Academies. This role will manage key stakeholders, oversee learning technology initiatives, and contribute to the successful implementation of strategic L&D projects across the organization. The specialist will bring expertise in instructional design, LMS administration, and educational technology to ensure learning solutions are engaging, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

  • Support the rollout of the Functional Academies project plan aligned with strategic goals.
  • Engage cross-functional teams to ensure effective learning implementation.
  • Advice on creating engaging learning experiences across formats (e-learning, blended, classroom).
  • Ensure training materials meet standards and address learner/business needs.
  • Configure and manage Cornerstone (CSOD) LMS, including assets, curricula, and reporting.
  • Partner with HR and managers to identify gaps and implement training solutions.
  • Use innovative tools (AI, microlearning, simulations) to boost learner engagement.
  • Analyze learning data to provide insights and support continuous improvement.
  • Participate in global L&D initiatives and support change management efforts.
  • Adhere to environmental, health, and safety regulations in all assigned duties.

We are looking to recruit a Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education/Educational Sciences, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Learning & Development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with LMS platforms, particularly Cornerstone (CSOD).
  • Strong understanding of educational technologies and digital learning trends.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Project management experience in a corporate environment.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset for measuring learning impact.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across global, cross-functional teams-
  • Proficiency in English.
