Defines and implements quality control techniques in order to verify the quality of raw materials, intermediate and end products as well as any other analytical services relevant to our client base and according to regulatory requirements. Manage and control all Quality Control activities in accordance with identified quality assurance standards, company procedures, client specifications, contract requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

• Receive samples from production, clients, and external laboratories, ensuring compliance with specifications, registering them in LIMS and SMT systems, and storing them under defined temperature conditions.
• Coordinate sample flow by sending samples to the laboratory upon SMT request, receiving them post-analysis, and dispatching approved samples for destruction.
• Monitor minimum stock levels in the CISPRO system and initiate internal (SAP reservations) or external purchase requests as required.
• Perform periodic consumption analysis to adjust minimum stock levels based on recent usage trends.
• Receive and verify internal and external deliveries, ensuring alignment with purchase orders or reservations, and promptly report any discrepancies to the warehouse.
• Distribute reagents and consumables to laboratories based on requests submitted via SMT or Teams.
• Process material transactions in SAP, including booking goods receipt for external purchases and posting internal material movements.
• Register all materials in the warehouse management system (CISPRO), upload Certificates of Analysis (CoA) where applicable, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Ensure Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available in NS4; download and upload missing documentation, and store materials according to FIFO principles.
• Manage material lifecycle activities, including monitoring expiry dates, coordinating destruction of expired items, supporting shipment processes (NS4), preparing documentation, coordinating with transporters, and dispatching materials (including reference and stability samples to external facilities such as Bluestabil).

• Secondary education (required).
• Relevant work experience
• Work experience in a GMP environment (desirable)
• Availability to work shifts
