You will be responsible to:

We are seeking an experienced procurement professional to lead the strategic and operational management of our company car fleet, corporate travel and on site facilities categories. This role is responsible for delivering cost-effective, compliant, and sustainable mobility solutions aligned with business needs and corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement category strategies for company fleet, corporate travel and facilities (leasing, rental, fuel, mobility services, travel management companies, airlines, hotels, catering, cleaning, security and related services).
  • Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management to ensure optimal commercial terms, service quality, sustainability, and risk mitigation.
  • Manage vendor performance through defined KPIs, service level agreements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies, financial controls, HSE requirements, and sustainability objectives.

  • Oversee purchasing processes including requisition approval, PO management, budget tracking, and cost reporting.

  • Create transparent, efficient processes that enhance internal customer experience while ensuring policy adherence.

  • Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, HSE, Legal, and site leadership to align mobility and travel solutions with business requirements.

  • Monitor spend, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive operational efficiencies across fleet and travel programs.

  • Develop contingency and risk management plans to ensure uninterrupted mobility and travel support.

  • Contribute to the annual procurement business plan and manage the associated budget for fleet and travel categories.

We are looking to recruit a Candidate:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in procurement or category management within complex, highly regulated industries, preferably in large multinational organisations.

  • Demonstrated experience managing procurement activities in a pharmaceutical manufacturing or similarly regulated environment is highly desirable.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders in a project-based or matrix organisation.

  • Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of procurement principles, category management, and supplier governance, including contract negotiation.

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with a track record of delivering results and exceeding performance targets in parallel workstreams.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English required; confident in managing processes, systems, and procurement tools.
