Learn and provide support to the principle HR technical resource for a variety of HR systems including troubleshooting, configuration, and support;
Execute test scripts to ensure seamless configuration changes and updates;
Support the implementation of improvements in process through enabling systems;
Support in the implementation of the data quality management model;
Assist in the construction and maintenance of a data dictionary, containing all data fields of all existing HR tools, their respective sources, interfaces, etc. for a full knowledge of our HR architecture as well as being compliant with GDPR requirements;
Support in the construction and maintenance of the KPIs catalog, containing their respective concept, scope, and calculation, for the reports delivered and maintained;
Help in identifying reports that are standard and periodical as use cases for automation;
Support in auditing information available and ensuring data quality in our HR systems;
Active participation in the identification of points for improvement in existing reports;
Active participation in the transition to a new BI platform (visualization, setup) together with the team.
Degree in Analytics, Statistics, Information Technology Management, Human Resources, or other related fields;
Experience in data analysis, manipulation of large datasets, preparation of reports in a self-organized way;
Previous background / experience in HR analytics (design and developing reports, dashboards, and visualizations in data tools) is valued;
Diligence is required;
Excel advanced level required;
English fluency is required;
Strong analytical skills;
It is imperative that this person be flexible, organized, focused, engaged, accountable, has strong diligence, initiative-taking, critical spirit, and problem-solving ability and have excellent follow-up skills within a challenging environment;
Comfortable operating in a constantly changing environment, resilient, open-minded and people/service oriented.
