You will be responsible to:

  • Support the execution of Learning & Development processes (e.g., learning needs analysis, training design, and effectiveness measurement).
  • Participate in L&D projects and initiatives with significant impact on business.
  • Assist in creating training materials, modules, and e-learning content.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging learning resources.
  • Help maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) by uploading courses, tracking progress, and generating reports.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting and learner support for technical issues.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by gathering and analyzing feedback.
  • Participate in L&D projects and governance activities under supervision.
  • Ensure tasks are completed on time and in compliance with internal guidelines and safety standards.

We are looking to recruit a Candidate:

  • Recent graduate or final-year student in education/educational sciences, Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, Organizational Development, or related field
  • Strong interest in Learning & Development and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office tools.
  • Familiarity with LMS or e-learning tools is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Ability to work collaboratively and pay attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English.
