Trainee- External Communication

Key roles for this person would be to help with more operational aspects:

• Update media toolkits and media database for trade publications, liaise for booking of advertising, material availability etc
• Identify and liaise with trade fairs/suppliers for implementation of booths, preparation of contracts
• Scheduling of photo sessions and filming for campaigns
• Identification of short list of suppliers
• Preparation of sales materials for trade fairs, along with feedback collection via surveys and respective analysis

• Degree in Communications or equivalent
• Strong organizational skills, team player
• English – solid knowledge
• It is imperative that this person can be flexible, organized, focused, engaged and accountable, has superior attention to detail, proactive, critical spirit, and problem-solving ability and have excellent follow-up skills within a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable operating in a constantly changing environment, resilient, open-minded and people/service oriented
• Operates in a professional manner
• Computer literate with good working knowledge of the MS Office package
