Purpose of the Role   Enable the efficient manufacture of pharmaceutical products, including highly potent compounds, while ensuring full compliance with cGMP and HSE requirements. The role is responsible for defining, implementing, improving, and supporting manufacturing processes and systems to deliver products safely, on time, within budget, and according to customer and business requirements.   Manufacturing Process Management -

This is not a “maintain the system” safety role.  We’re looking for an HSE Specialist who is curious about how work really happens and motivated to make it safer in practice, not just on paper.

To lead our maintenance engineering function within a highly regulated manufacturing environment. This is a critical leadership role that combines strategic direction with operational oversight.  Reporting to the Site Engineering Director, this role requires a leader who operates with a systems-thinking mindset, understands how people, processes, and technology interact, and can translate business strategy into engineering excellence. You will play a key role in building a high-performing culture and driving continuous improvement across the engineering function.

Guarantees cGMP compliance in all activities and systems related to Projects and Products execution. Assures that working practices are streamlined and aligned with the actual needs of each project. Implements policies, procedures and methods to evaluate and to continuously improve the quality of products and operations throughout the products lifecycle. Provides global supplier qualification services in support of new product introduction and existing products. Collaborates with suppliers and Procurement to assure the quality of their products, materials, components and/or operations.
